House rules

Check in:
- Check in is possible between 5 pm and 10 pm. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time.

Check out:
- Check out is possible no later than 10 am on the day of departure.

Cancellations:
- While booking a 30% advance payment is required, rest 70% is paid upon arrival
- In case of cancellation up to 48h from the moment of advance payment, the refund is 100%.
- If the reservation is canceled after 48h from the moment of advance payment there will be no refund

Deposit:
- The deposit is 700 € and is payable upon entry to the property and will be refunded upon inspection of the property at the very departure of the guests.

Credit cards:
- We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

For smokers:
- Smoking is allowed only outside the house.

Pets:
- Pets are allowed - for a fee (15 €/day).
- The whole property is surrounded with a stone wall, or wire, minimum height 120 cm.

Parties:
- We do not accept big groups of young people, celebration trips, weedings or bachelor parties
